I don’t know about you, but I have high hopes for 2023.
I deeply believe that this year will be groundbreaking and full of positive emotions.
Contrary to a rough 2021 and a surprising and eye-opening 2022, it is now that I hope that everything will go in the right direction. I can finally say that I have regained my freedom, peace and happiness. I can live life to the full as I’ve always dreamed of.
JANUARY – start the year with a bang
The first month of a new, fresh year, a blank slate that we can fill now.
Let this usually “dead month” be a month full of life, energy, planning, organization and healthy habits that can change our lives for the better.
Today I will tell you how not to waste January, find out 10 things to do in the first month of 2023 (it will be a bit tongue in cheek)
1. say goodbye to the Christmas tree
Your tree’s glory days are probably behind it or there are as many as before, the branches sadly bow to “good morning”. This is the time to say goodbye to the tree, don’t wait for someone else to do it for you, take matters into your own hands, in the end it won’t do itself.
2. New Year’s resolutions to follow
This is the time to reach for a fresh calendar, notebook or ordinary notebook and start planning the year.

Make a list of resolutions, but remember to get down to earth. The list must be realistic, “flight into space”, “learning 3 languages” or “losing weight “20 kg” maybe write on the list – “REMOTE GOALS – 30 YEAR PLAN”, and now focus on something more mundane. If you are short of ideas, I don’t forget to check the next post, it will be dedicated just to this.
3. GYM/HOME EXERCISES
“Donut” maybe you have already strengthened your bonds, maybe you even treat it as your friend, a safety blanket, or something that will help you warm up on cold evenings, but GET OVER IT! Spring will come eventually, followed by summer. Think back to that bikini waiting for you somewhere at the bottom of your closet… it’s finally time to go to the beach and wear all those shorts. Closed gyms can no longer be an excuse, but also a lot of online trainers are waiting for you until you click the subscribe button. Don’t delay, move on

4. BAD DIET – START FROM THE BASICS
Changing eating habits can be overwhelming. I still remember all the goodies I ate during the holidays. But it’s time to erase those memories from memory. Where to start you ask – my advice start with a cocktail. The web is bursting at the seams with smoothie recipes.
5. MEMORIES WORTH CAPTURING
Call up your favorite photos from the previous year. Check the “favorites” folder and create an album (I recommend you CANVA applications for this, you can find ready-made templates there).
Find all the moments that bring a smile to your face and create something that will stay with you for years.
6. MAY DAY, LONG WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS…
Maybe there are not a lot of them, but right now is the perfect time to plan holidays and free days in 2023. This is our feature, we can, as if by magic, turn one long weekend into a two-week vacation.
7. TRAVELING, TRAVELING, OUT OF CITY…
Once you squeeze the calendar like a ripe lemon and it turns out that you have much more free time than you might think, you can start writing down all the places you will visit in 2023 with peace of mind. 8. REMEMBER THESE ONCE-FAMILIAR FACES
I think this is the right moment to remember the names and faces, all those you haven’t seen since the end of 2021, and at best – the first decade of 2022. My cousin is waiting from afar with the tincture, which has been “biting” in the bar for 2 years now, your aunt from abroad is already making a list of dishes that she will serve for your first visit, a friend from your hometown is already cooling your favorite wine … just a moment and you will take them all in your arms and kiss them.
9. GET WELL DRESS WELL
Going out heels, tight dresses, sequin blouses, tops… I don’t know if you remember, but you used to wear more than tracksuits! It’s time to open that vacuum bag full of party clothes, it’s time to polish off those year-old heels, find all those go-to bags and shiny accessories. Just think, all those parties with friends and family … I already come up with stylizations in my head, and you?

10. RECHARGE THE BATTERY
I know there’s quite a lot to do. I realize that you may be feeling a bit overwhelmed and dizzy at this point. Don’t worry, I know what is the remedy for your apathy and temporary lack of motivation. You probably forgot that we have winter, that’s right, such is our climate, and vitamin D supplies were probably exhausted two months ago. Head to your local pharmacy now and buy the best vitamin D supplement available – your energy will be unbridled..
NEW YEAR – WHAT ME?
For some, a new start, for others a reason to be down – because after all, with the stroke of midnight, nothing has changed. Everything depends only on you. Don’t let the emotions break you down. Every moment is good to start working on yourself. Stay positive and KEEP SMILING.
